TeenInk -  A national teen magazine, book series, and website devoted entirely to teenage writing, art, photos and forums.  Students must be age 13-19 to participate, register and/or submit work.

No Flying, No Tights - A website that reviews all genres of comic books and graphic novels with separate areas designed specifically for teens, kids, and adults.

Taptastic  - There are so many good webcomics out there that we can't possibly list them all. Here is a site filled with them! 

xkcd - "A webcomic of romance, sarcasm, math, and language." 

MegaTokyo - "Piro and Largo, two American gamers, travel to Tokyo on a whim and find they can't afford tickets home."

Foxtrot - a comic strip centered around the chaotic Fox family with its three kids, two parents and a perpetually hungry pet iguana.
